3C is a collective name for three types of household electrical appliances: computers, communications (mostly mobile phones) and consumer electronics.
Similar 3C products have similar specifications, high substitutability, short product life cycles, and rapid innovation. Products have a tendency to decrease in price over time.
In response to the above characteristics, plastic products are fast, high-yield, short-development period, high plasticity and changeable appearance, which are also the reasons why they are used in 3C product shells and structural parts.
Qi Li is a professional plastic injection molding factory located in Taichung. The electronic parts industry accounts for the largest proportion of Taiwan's manufacturing industry. We have a transportation advantage in our geographical location. Qi Li's molds are homemade, and we have the advantage of rapid response from design, proofing testing to mass production. A new product can obtain a sample in about a month, and it can be officially put into production in about 45 days. In the past, we have handled various spare parts such as RAM RGB trims, SSD housings, energy-saving motor housings and plastic gears.
