CHII LEE Enterprise is a plastic mold factory located in Shengang, Taichung. It was established in 1980. In its early days, it only started out by developing plastic molds, with cosmetic packaging, lighters, wire wiring equipment, and pen molds as its main business items. In response to business expansion, the second plastic injection molding factory, CHII LEE Co., Ltd., was established in 1996 and branched out into plastic injection molding product design and mold making, and expanded the business scope to mobile phones, electronic and optoelectronic parts. In 2009, we developed our own series of wiring label products. Since we developed our own mid-range lipstick bundle in 2015, we have gradually started to add our own products. In order to provide better services and expand into foreign markets, a new brand, Shell Makeup, was created in 2019.

Moulds are the cornerstone of CHII LEE Enterprise Co., Ltd. In the 1980s, when Taiwan was still one of the four Asian tigers, the founder, Mr. Huang, focused on plastic moulds from apprentice to entrepreneur. It has been more than 40 years since then, and has gone through the production of more than 3,000 sets of moulds, most of which are cosmetic moulds. The company is particularly good at tube or pen packaging for lip and eye makeup. This type of mould pays special attention to surface effects, and most of them are multi-cavity designs with more than 8 cavities. CHII LEE has a professional mold team and equipment that is fully capable of designing, manufacturing, verifying, and shipping plastic injection molds. Talent is what CHII LEE is most proud of.
