Q1: Are you a trading company or factory ?
We are a factory. Our cable markers are good value.

Q2: What is the sample policy?
In general, the samples are free of charge, you only need to burden the shipping fee. If the samples are customized, we may charge sample making fee.

Q3: Can the character (font) and color of rings/characters be customized?
Yes, we can do different characters and colors based on your request, the MOQ is 2000 bars.

Q4: Which shipping way is available and how to track?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way based on your detail requirements, by sea, by air, or by express. We will provide the tracking numbers for you after shipping out the products.

Q5: How long is your delivery time?
For stock products, it's within 7 days after receiving your payment.
For products without stock, generally it's 30 days after order valid and pre-production samples are approved, but it will be adjusted according to your requirements and spec.

Q6: How do I pay?
Payment methods include  T/T and PayPal but not limited to other possible options. 

Q7: What is the payment term?
For sample and small quantity order, we will arrange the samples after receiving your full payment.
For formal order, 50% deposit payment before mass production and 50% balance payment before shipment.
